EHS (Construction) Specialists (multiple)
This position will have direct responsibility for managing and supporting EHS related activities for construction projects in Texas, Wyoming and Maryland. The position will develop and implement the construction safety plan, supervise leading and lagging indicators and complete proactive training and review of daily job site requirements. Communication of critical issues and collaboration of corrective actions will also be part of this role. In addition to construction safety this role will also look to enhance the existing contractor’s safety programs. Various other projects and leading roles will be assigned dependent on the qualifications and interests of the candidate and requirements of the site. This position is responsible for managing and ensuring project(s) progress throughout the project leading the expedition of key activities across function, finding solutions to key problems, and communicating project progress, issues and solutions to management and to the project team. Plant Manager
Currently seeking an experienced Plant Manager to be responsible for all aspects of daily plant operations, ensuring on time quality maintenance of all equipment, and issue prevention. This includes but is not limited to supervision of employees and contractors maintaining the facilities solar and or battery storage equipment and performing balance of plant equipment operations. The Plant Manager is responsible to ensure a safe work environment. This includes ensuring the site is in the compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The plant manager will also be charged with the compliance to all Leeward EHS policies and procedure including the minimum training requirements. The plant manager is the primary interface with local landowners. SOLAR INSTALLER
With our rapid growth, our team is ready to welcome an experienced and driven person to join our commercial installation team. The ideal candidate for this position has experience in the commercial solar, construction, or electrical industries. We are looking for solar installers who have experience using a variety of hand/power tools, has a high attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review plan design and install all components of the solar system

Maintain inventory for each installation

Air Quality Supervisor
$85K - $95K
The Air Quality Supervisor is responsible for assessments, assembly, installation and service of air purification solutions at customer locations and supervision of all Air Quality Technicians. This role supervises a small field team, performs QA audits, assists with identifying onsite modifications, solutions and reports job status. The Air Quality Supervisor manages the team’s daily work assignments and documents/revises policies and procedures as needed. The Air Quality Supervisor works with minimal supervision.

Oversee the assessment of customer sites, installation of air cleaning technology and the service/maintenance of air cleaning technology

Supervise Air Quality Technicians in the completion of their work

Identify and implement customer site solutions based on product/project specifications

Effectively realize issues related to cost, time, quality, and customer satisfaction

Successfully plan and direct activities of the Air Quality Technicians from start to completion while adhering specifically to scope, time and budget constraints

Resolve technical issues by overseeing troubleshooting and service
SOLAR ESTIMATOR
This position will take the lead and assume responsibility for working with the Solar Division Director and others in planning the scope of work for complete construction of solar projects, including oversight for sound financial and construction methodology. The Estimator will manage all aspects of estimate development with consideration to costs, schedules, scopes of work, materials selection and quality. The Estimator will manage the preparation of RFP/RFQ documentation and specifications to be issued to material suppliers, subcontractors, and Company’s own electrical divisions. The Estimator will complete subcontractor and material supplier bid analysis, make selections, and finalize comprehensive proposals to solar project owners.
Responsibilities:

Estimate complete projects in accordance with Solar industry standards and Company Electrical Group’s Company Policies and Procedures.

Work with engineers, operations department, and construction personnel to identify and review work to be estimated, including review of Request for Proposal (RFP), drawings, specifications, and related internally and externally generated documents.

Estimates will include time and material requirements, labor resources (costs and quantities) and where necessary, the estimator will analyze regional labor rates and per diems to be used in the estimate.
